This ea account is restricted from accessing any online features...

Nothing makes sense with EA. They are the joke in the gaming world. It's been almost a month and they can't fix this easy issue. What's worse, they continue to advertise their trial when it doesn't work  they want your hard earned cash and don't care by what means they get it. Why are they allowed to do this? And their so called help and customer service are the worst I have ever seen.....they don't care about us at all, only enriching themself. Shame on you. ..
