what is the point of having Origin basic membership if we are not allowed to play the trial??

I renewed to basic due to the offer, Thanks for reminding me why i cancelled the premier membership previously.

    Well..this is a bummer. I got the 1 usd offer to get demo tests on some games, and of course BF5 doesn't work for me. Same "no multiplayer access error" for me. Support was very kind, but unable to do anything for me. DirectX 12 was already disabled on my end.
    I did ask support to restore the 10 hours trial for BF5 since I wasn't able to play it, and they did. So there's that..?
    Still, not sold at all on getting the game with these kinds of issues.
