I keep getting the same message with every battlefield game. But not from games like titanfall 2.
I fail to understand how fixing this is taking so long, from consumers point of view it seems like a simple thing to do.. I spoke to EA live support two days back, the guy wasn't originally aware of the issue, then told me to wait for a bit and then he said he spoke to "specialist team" and that they said they are working on fixing this issue. Do we know how long ago this started?
Its only a scam by ea....they will fix it after the 0.99cent acess accounts run out. i saw this post and seeing that this problem is here for more than 3 weeks is pure * and shows why ea have gotten a few times the award for the "worst company of the year" canceld my subscription and will never buy it again ...
It's been a month. I agree they have no intention to fix this. Just take our money.
Yeah, I wanted to play some BF1 but it won't let me connect either. I just tried Titanfall 2 and played MP with no issues.
Do you own BF 1? I do and I can play it just fine. Obviously it is not an issue if you own the game AND are on the Basic subscription, the only issue there is that they don't want to let people play BF games with the basic.. forcing you to buy the game instead. If this really was a "bug" then I hope EA would at least inform the potential Basic buyers BEFOREHAND and not let them find out. Of course, 99% of people who buy basic only do so to play BF:V. EA has made no official statement of the issue, all you hear are different excuses by the poor moderators/live support who were told what to say.. it's disgusting, I even feel sorry for these guys.
Is this a surprise to anyone...EA shares tank after bad battlefield sales...lol
