I would use the front lines or breakthrough game modes, may still be tricky to get in a vehicle but at least all the enemy are in one place and easier to kill....especially for the last challenge. i also found it easier to complete the last task as a passenger in a tank
As Benny mentioned, these assignments can all be done as a passenger so they're really not too bad
