Hi, as I've just started to read this thread I hope this hasn't been said before. Well I had something very similar happening to me with an earlier mission. Despite the support telling me they work on it and I might get the price sometime that never happend!
I was at 16 of the original 20 kill progress and got one or two yesterday. No I'll be playing a couple rounds later on to find out if I get the Stug IV in shipments or not after reaching those 20. My mission progress clearly states the TD was delivered to shipments which isn't true.
If this plan isn't working out I will call support and will call as often as I need to to have them unlock that for me. I for fact know that EA support can unlock and reset mission progress for other games so it should be possible for BFV as well. The devs are using those "spawn item x" mechanics all the time in development. (OK this is no debug version for the client I know but it might be for the server backend.)
Anyways, was meaning to say that "waiting" won't change anything with EA. Never has, never will. (Sorry, and yes I'm pretty upset right now ;-) )
