Tides of War Mission bugged

To add to the description here.  Before the patch I had competed 15/20 kills while in a mobile vehicle while attacking an objective.  After the patch this requirement is now kill only 5 enemies.  The requirement was closed out as being complete and the screen shows that I was awarded the Sturmgeschutz IV, "Delivered to your shipments".  However, this vehicle was not in my shipments and is not available as a replacement to one of my existing vehicles when customizing my load out.

In which game menu were you when the bug occurred? After patch, Tides of War menu shows mission complete. Reward never delivered.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You would have to have a pre-patched version of BF V, work through the ToW objectives to the final task, kill more than 5 enemies in that task, then apply the patch.  After that I would expect you to see the reward delivered and it would be missing.
What happens when the bug occurs? Stug IV is unlocked, but doesn't appear in armory or your company 
What should be happening instead? Stug IV should be unlocked
