Tides of War Mission bugged

Hi,

I have just finished the mission again (3rd or 4th time now/ on PC) didnt got the stug...again.

Yapp, that is exactly the same thing for me. This is actually the second time I haven't gotten the "reward". First one was that odd BF1 helmet which I couldn't unlock because the missions just woudn't progress despite having done them. For the Stug IV it's the same as for everyone else. All completed even the "side" missions.

Had an open ticket until this morning and support told me to get another kill and if that doesn't work to reply to the ticket. Well, the case was closed and I've gotten several kills and even the message in game that I've completed Armored Fist (over and over) but no change. As that ticket was closed I had to reopen another one ... yay!

So to wrap it up I too would like to get the Stug IV and the Valentine Archer, many thanks!

I've been in "touch" with EA since it happened to me as well and I can back what @DaravelFox said 100%. First he couldn't help me, then another person repeats that despite having linked posts in this thread where you get the Stug and the Archer as "compensation". After I insisted and told none of what they said helped a bit and I feel _very_  much fooled and not taken seriously I got the Stug. I verified last night and yes Stug there but no Archer.

This morning I've mailed again stating I've got the Stug but no Archer and got told, well you need to unlock it it is this weeks reward. I'm very much aware of that I replied and added the link to @DaravelFox s post

Let's see what happens next. ... yes I'm kinda beyond annoyed by now. This should become a clusterfuck shitstorm of epic proportions ... but as everyone else tells me, hey it's just a game ... so nothing will happen.

Good luck to everyone still having no Stug or running into a similar bug with current/future "week-rewards" .. and there will be bugs. ;-)
