Honestly, what's most annoying is that support can't seem to decide on a consistent policy and go with it, so some of us get fobbed off whilst others get given the tank and are able to play with it already. Annoying really.
Yapp, that is exactly the same thing for me. This is actually the second time I haven't gotten the "reward". First one was that odd BF1 helmet which I couldn't unlock because the missions just woudn't progress despite having done them. For the Stug IV it's the same as for everyone else. All completed even the "side" missions.
Had an open ticket until this morning and support told me to get another kill and if that doesn't work to reply to the ticket. Well, the case was closed and I've gotten several kills and even the message in game that I've completed Armored Fist (over and over) but no change. As that ticket was closed I had to reopen another one ... yay!
So to wrap it up I too would like to get the Stug IV and the Valentine Archer, many thanks!
