Transfering skins pc to ps4. Is that possible?

Hello I recently had to switch to playstation because my computer broke down. I played a lot of battlefield on the computer and bought a lot of paid skins. is there a way to move them to playstation?

    @BraveHobbit There is currently no way to transfer player levels, weapon unlocks or cosmetics from one platform to another. You'll need to purchase the title on your PS4 and start again.
