Transferring BFV progress from PC to PS5

Hello everyone Please tell me, faced with such a problem:
I played on the PC in BF2042, then I logged into it already on PS5 and all my progress and pumping were preserved, but when I also played BFV on the PC and then logged into it on PS5, the progress did not transfer. Is there any way to fix this?
maybe it's because I have the BFV Definitive Edition on my PC, and the regular version on the PS5, which is included in the EA Play subscription?

    Hi @Foxich30 It's not possible to use your existing BFV progress on a different platform I'm afraid. You'll need to start over on your PS5 in this case.
