Unable to complete last tiger challenges

Summarize your bug Bascially, I was playing the last tiger war story so I could find all the letters and do the challenges so I can receive the skin, and it turns out my I found 4/6 letters, then went to youtube ,with the app still open, and it disconnected me from online services so when I left the war story, reconnected to EA servers, then went back in and got the last letters, it didn't count the first 4 I had found. I grabbed the last 2 letters then quit the warstory and it only says i have 2/6 letters but the part where i can view the letters i've received is 6/6 and I can't go and grab the letters anymore in the war story to truly complete the challenge for the skin. I'm not sure how I can receive my skin seeing it wont let me regrab the letters.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? grab letters then simply disconnect from EA servers/internet and leave and reconnect then go back into the war story and grab the last letters.
What happens when the bug occurs? says i've only collected 2 out of 6 letters but when i view the letters i've grabbed for the war story, it was 6/6 and i can't regrab the letter and can't receive my last tiger skin.
What should be happening instead? It should say 6/6 letters found and reward me with my last tiger skin.
it wont allow me to attach the screenshot from my xbox and i don't have access to a computer but here's a rough description of what i see:
At the top left where the challenge is, it says that i've met the requirements for all except grabbing letters in which it says 2/6.
At the bottom of the screen where you may click the button to view the letters, it says I've grabbed 6/6.
Welcome to the distinguished circle of "letter bug" users. Sorry to hear this bug seems to be still around.
this should do the trick:
- Please move the saved file from the Xbox to a USB stick,
- Clear local and cloud saves for BFV. (This wont remove multi player data)
- Start the game. You'll have to adjust contrast and play again the intro.
- Now, play the War Story and complete the bugged challenge. It will show correctly achieved.
- lose the game, and restore the game save files from the USB to the console.
- Start the game, and you'll have your reward at the armory.
