I have same problem in ps4 and its not first time!
i tested 2 diffrent conections!
Battlefield v Have many many errors here.
but Battlefield 1 never had one of thease errrors!
this is not only for me!
this problem for me and at least 20 my friends here in Iran Middle east.
game work nice until yesterday but i cant connect to servers for more that 35 hours! because of [2000] error
more that 50 times try to conect servers.
with DNS , Proxy , changing isp , and many other issues!

@CreatedFromSoilI just came into this forum because I have the same problems as you. I am in Sweden and Wednesday it worked on my PS4 Pro and I have never had these kind of issues. Yesterday Friday, I couldn't reach online mode due to error 2000. "unable to connect to Ea servers". I tried Bf1 and it worked...
All other games works in online mode... except Bf5. My friends could play as normal with no problems...
How Do I solve this problem?
Iedereen heeft er last van.
Sinds gisterenavond zin er Alweer problemen met de ea-server of de servers van bf5.
Dat moet een record zijn in 4 dagen tijd om 3x de servers eruit te leggen.
Hun excuus is telkens hetzelfde : ddos aanvallen.
Wellicht zijn hun servers gewoon te overbelast...
Nu ea gaat hier geen reactie geven op jullie noodkreet, dat doen ze namelijk nooit in zulke gevallen, als ze problemen zijn.
Het is dus gewoon afwachten en hopen dat die nietsnutten van ea het probleem oplossen.

prvs time i had this error , i left game for days or maybe week and go ply Last of Us Remastered. then come back and check the and can joined online!
i asked and tested many things no even solution for this and other errors in Battlefield v.
I pre ordered BT1 and play for 3 years maybe 1000 hours! never had thease problems.
My "guess" is its because of BTV weak servers.
