You should try reinstalling your game, after that try updating your CPU and GPU drivers. Make sure no program is running in the background when launching the game from inside of the EA app. As a final step, check your internet connection stability, maybe restart your network.
The issue usually gets fixed after launching the game a few times, but the steps above are just to make sure everything is working perfectly fine.
