Unable to connect to ea sservers

Hello!

I got the definitive edition of Battlefield V through a steam promotion. Sometimes I start the game and it loads all my progress and I am able to play multiplayer and connect to ea servers.

Well, in 70% of the times, specially during the afternoon (gmt+1), I can't connect to the ea servers. I open the game is it through desktop shortcut, steam library or origin library and it is the same. I open the game, origin opens and then game window pops up. As it pops, a message on the origin app shows up that It can't connect to the origin store because it is being used by another device. The game itself it opens in fullscreen, eventhough I saved it to be borderless, it opens with music on, eventhough I turn it off and opens like it was my first time opening. It asks for visual brightness, it asks for headphones definitions and it takes me to the tutorial. Once I get to the tutorial, I've tried quiting it so I can get to the main menu and I notice that I'm disconnected from EA servers. I click on "Connect" and a message shows up: Unable to connect to ea servers.

I've serached a lot on the web and I've a lot of people with the same problem. I've tried every solution. Unistalled the game, manually uninstalled origin also using a clean boot, changed my dns, open everything on administrator mode, changed definitions on origin... Tried everything and nothing works.
