Unable to connect to EA

online features are unavailable for some reason. the game tells me to go to ea.com/unable-to-connect. i tried everything on the webpage and i have no record of being banned in any ea game, and i have never cheated in any ea game. the servers are also online. is there any way i can go online to play battlefield v?
