Check if you have added the game to exceptions in your firewall, and check if you need to forward NAT ports.
The second reason for this bug is that you haven't configured a DNS address in your connection. (By default, Windows is set to auto address detection, which does not necessarily work correctly (it responds too late). Follow the attached attachment. It helped me solve many problems with connecting to websites and games. DNS under IP6 is configured as follows the same, only you have to choose the Internet protocol IP6 instead of IP4.
