Unable to unlock "Machine gunner" class despite reaching Level 16

I have contacted EA directly thru the chat line, turns out the missing guns and combat roles are well known technical errors by Dice, and they are still trying to fix it which i dont know until when.

That means in the mean time, just keep playing and wait... thats all we could do...
