Community ManagerRight-click on the game in Origin and select "Repair" to see if repairing the game files fixes this.
For those that had trouble with settings being saved, it looks like Windows Ransomware was a culprit.
Turned off ransomware protection and also repaired game files ( No files were missing or damage ), yet nothing changed. The issue still remains. I could upload a video if you want to see what happens with my loadout tomorrow or something

The team is actively looking into loadouts not saving when joining a server, however we do not have a specific time-frame on a fix date right now. We'll update this post if we need any info from the community that can help aide the team.
