Very low FPS in euro servers and also could not fetch your report.

Hello,

Sinds yesterday i cant play BFv, when i join a Euro server the FPS drops to 30fps and is see the server icon on screen going from yellow to orange all the time.

It doesnt look that the problem is on my side i tested my memory, uninstalled KB5001391 but problem stays the same so it must come from the game server.

Do more players have this problem.

  • With Beta bios 3801 this is what i see when using cpu-z.

    Edit:

I found the cause of my problem, there is a problem with my corsair H100i v2 the cpu got very hot and then problem like above start happening.

Installed the stock cooler that came with the cpu running 45 degrees now.

I dont know what the problem is with the corair watercooler the pump is still spinning with the correct rpm 3060.

  • @BetaFieldPlayer There seems to be a problem with the EA progression server for BFV, which is why you are seeing the "Could not fetch report" error. A lot of palyers have already reported this problem here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Battlefield-V/Could-not-fetch-report-issue-back/m-p/10314600#M73207

If there is a problem with the servers, they might as well have connections problems again. This happened already a couple weeks ago and causes the icon in game warning you about connection issues. However, I have not experienced any FPS drops, when there is a server problem. The other players haven´t reported low FPS either. You could check your FPS in Singleplayer to confirm or deny, whether it has someting to do with the connection issues or not.

Same problem in singleplayer mode low FPS so them it must be coming from my pc.

But what, memory is ok tested videocard with furmark looks also ok.

I tested the cpu with cpu-z bench, the scores are very low i think.

I fixed the low FPS, i was on the latest Beta bios 3801 for the Rog strix x570 E Gaming this Beta bios was causing this problem

going back to bios 3603 fixed it.

  • Hey, @BetaFieldPlayer  make sure that all drivers for windows are up to date, also worth reinstalling the GPU drivers for your PC.

You can also try to do a clean boot to see if there any programs messing with Battlefield V and turn off any overlay programs for example Discord or Nvidia experience.

Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have?

Let me know if this works or not for you. 🙂
