Vgo unlock

I cant find the vgo anywhere. I have looked in my company and all other menus but its not visible to me.

    Unfortunately it disappeared after the 2nd chapter of ToW started, it is a known bug, from what I've heard. So expect it to show up again, soon, since it's an unintended change.
