This should now be addressed in the latest update today. If it's still happening give us a shout.

I'm also seeing this, it seems to happen maybe 2-5% of the time when I die and it goes to the 'squad spectate' screen.

When i noticed it for the first time, it happened every single time in Panzerstorm until the end of the round.
Community AdminThank you for reporting this to us. Would you all be able to include a DxDiag for us so we can pass it up to the Battlefield team to investigate? This way we can see if there's a common denominator that's resulting in this.

If you can too, try rolling back your video card driver and then update to the latest one. Then, right-click on BFV in Origin and select "Repair." Launch the game and see if it's still happening.
FYI it is happening on PS4 as well.
