Summarize your bug My VOIP is played through my monitor speakers and not my headset. My in-game volume comes through my headset, but the VOIP is played on my monitor speakers. I have made sure that my headset is the default sound output in Windows 10 when playing BFV, but this does not solve the issue. This issue has occurred for every Battlefield game that I have for PC. Please help. Thank you.

What happens when the bug occurs? My VOIP is not played through my headset, but my speakers instead despite my headset being the default audio output device.
What should be happening instead? The VOIP should play through my headset (the default audio output device) not monitor speakers.

Try this:
Click on Origin -> Application Settings -> More -> Voice
And be sure that everything is set to the correct device.
