VOIP not disabled despite being off in audio menu.

Same problem on Xbox One. Same workaround -- enable and then disable VOIP again.

I notice it is *not* on the list of known issues... or maybe I'm misinterpreting the VOIP issue on that list: https://www.reddit.com/r/BattlefieldV/comments/9vclld/battlefield_vs_known_issues_list/
