I can't believe that this bug hasn't been fixed yet, I've worked in QA, even for EA - and this issue still persists, unbelievable. I know that the priority of this bug is probably quite low, but it still is quite an annoying bug, just as the other users stated.
Same here, Xbox one, VOIP set to off yet first time I start the game, it's always on, and you have to set it to on and off to disable. Seems to reset if you quit out of a orund and choose a different game mode, too (keeps itself set to off, but you can hear other squadmates with mikes again) Annoying/privacy concerns as it is listening to my mike even though I have it set not to....
