    Hi @AaaE_72,

    that's a bit weird. I would then suggest trying to reach out to support via Live-Chat instead.

    Not all contact options are displayed for each category, so you might have to change some categories around, but then an advisor can hopefully help with your issue directly.

so what category should I select? just a random one? by the way, they just closed my case and said "fixed", although I checked my game and the problem still isn't fixed.

    @AaaE_72 It's not all too important what specific category, as long as it will give you the option to live chat. It will then be easier if you can talk with someone directly.
