War Stories - Last Tiger NOT the usual letter bug

Summarize your bug I've played through the complete "The Last Tiger" War Story. Completed all the challenges and collected all 6 letters. The game on the same screen (see screenshot) clearly shows at the upper part of the screen that I have indeed found all 6 letters, although at the lower section of the same screen it says 0/6 Letters. The letters can't be opened. I've tried disabling Origin Cloud Save and remove the local save files from the Settings folder on my PC, to try to "reset" the war story, but it's not working either. The letters never respawn since I already collected them. At the current state it's impossible to get the Tiger skin.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure how you can find or recreate it beside visually checking my screenshots.
What happens when the bug occurs? The Last Tiger War Story letter challenge is shown completed but the letters can't be opened (like they're not found) and they never re spawn. So in short unable to receive the tiger skin unique reward.
What should be happening instead? All 6letters are already found - that's why they are not respawning - so they should be readable and tiger skin reward should have been received.
I have Premium Access membership paid for 1 year in advance and up until now I didn't have any problem with Origin or EA products in general, in fact I'm very satisfied.
I'm sure that I will have no bad experience with Customer Support either. Please help me unlock that skin, it seems impossible from my side.

Since I got no answer here, I contacted Customer Support directly with a missing content issue and they solved it in approx 10 minutes. I got the skin already.
Many player curse EA Customer Support...I don't know...I had a very pleasant chat with the contacted advisor, Ashish.
