War Stories Challenges and Letters glitched

The same two challenges for me bugged 

I had the same issue, even after trying to do this specific act about 10 or more times again, same thing.  while playing the act, it says that I did not complete the "get on the AA undetected" part,  but when i am in the main menu looking at the act info, it says i have not completed the 6 letters without detection. in fact i completed both of it, several times over and i am growing quite frustrated with that.

i did everything, repeatedly did everything and cannot get that skin.   Dice, please....

Same issue on "Nordlys - Wolf and Dog" with letters on PC

States I have all letters in mission and in menu states I have 14 of 14 letters but under "acts" it states I only have 3/6.

For me I collected 3 letters before patch and 3 after so I'm guessing its patch related bug?

I have this bug to, I play on a xbox one x I did all the challenges on nordlys but the one were you rest at the fires didn't save or somthing like that and now I can't complete it because the the challenge is complete in the in game pause menu, and is not on the game main menu and can not be completed twice I did my own post as well see mt post under the title: Nordlys challenge bug.

Same things happening too me with letters tho . I’m Not getting credit for the letters I’ve collected in chapter 1. It shows I’ve collected all 14 letters for nordlys but also shows I haven’t on the same page. I’ve even tried re playing chapter 1 and the letters aren’t there and when I press start to see the challenges it shows I’ve collected the 4 letters.

Summarize your bug While completing the Wolf and Dog section of the Nordlys War Story, I had collected all the letters and disabled all alarms and right at the end of the mission the game crashed (it was reported through PSN). When I started the mission back up, it left off with all the letters and alarms disabled but once I finished the mission, the challenges showed incomplete and the letter collected shows 7/14 even though I am able to read all 14/14 letters. My psn is Stuk_in_Traffik. 
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play through the mission and collecting the letters and purposely make the game crash before you complete the last part of the mission infiltrate the bunker. 
What happens when the bug occurs? Game crashed, blue screen on ps4.
What should be happening instead? I should have all of the challenges complete for the Nordlys War Story so I can get the collectable weapon.

i shouldnt really have to say much on this subject but i have all the letters i hae all the challenges completed but this is what i see on my screen i badly need this FIXED i have troubleshooted with support but have not been able to reach a fixable solution.
