War Stories Challenges and Letters glitched

Have you tried running through the mission again (on easy) and collecting all the letters /verifying if you picked them all up? All while completing all of the war story. Mine wouldn't unlock unless I finished the whole story.

I have the same problem except it is on Butcher and bolt on PS4.

Summarize your bug Collected all letters and completed all challenges for this war story. In the menu the mission screen, letters are at 13/14 on the left and at 14 on the bottom right. I have unlocked the cricket bat and had the same issue, which I managed to fix by simply exiting and relaunching the game, but this time it didn't work
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Collect all the letters and be unlucky enough to have one listed as not collected
What happens when the bug occurs? The "missing" letter is located in the first act, but when I played it again, all letters were gone, so I just have to wait I guess
What should be happening instead? Unlocking the "Solveig's knife" melee weapon for multiplayer

I thought maybe the new update would fix this issue which has occurred for so many players since launch (almost 2 months ago), but no, I still can't get my melee weapon for the multiplayer. I'm amazed by this for a AAA title.
