War Story - Enters a cinematic spectating mode (bug)

While playing the first War Story "Campaign", the game enters a sort of developer/spectator/cinematic mode when completing a cut scene. Then gets stuck in this mode. I have attempted to restart on ...

this seems to have been fixed (for me at least) with the Tides Of War update
