War Story - Nordlys - Letters Bug

Summarize your bug I have collected all letters as I can see at the bottom of Nodlys menu that I have 14 out of 14 letters but when I click on Acts, it says I only have 2 out of 4 letters in one of them. I tried to go back at locations but no letters anymore.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know, it's a bug.
What happens when the bug occurs? No more letters appear in game and it says I have 14/14 in Nordlys main menu but not in Act.
What should be happening instead? I should have completed all letters and challenges to get Melee reward.

    Here it comes, this has helped with the problem you descriped.

    Have you tried the standard PC-procedure for this problem:

    1.  
    2. Go to C:\Users\username\Documents->Battlefield V->settings - Move all files out (for example to the desktop),
    3. Within Origin rightclick on BFV, click on game properties and disable the cloud save feature by unchecking the check box, save and start game,
    4. Do the mission's you are not getting the challenge counting again ->Complete the challenge/collect the letters that were glitched for you---> hopefully get the reward. Check in the main menu that you really got your reward.
    5. go to shipments under armory and get your reward
    6. Close game and put files (see1) back, deleting the ones the game created..

    What about on Xbox One? Do you have any idea what to do about that? And can you use the same steps for the Last Tiger skin?

    *PS4*

    1. Export the game save files to an USB drive.
    2. Delete the game save files in the console.
    3. Start the game. You'll have to adjust contrast and play again the intro.
    4. Now, play the War Story and complete the bugged challenge. It will show correctly achieved.
    5. Close the game, and restore the game save files from the USB to the console.
    6. Start the game, and you'll have your reward at the armory.

    *Xbox*

    1. You would need to move the saved file from the Xbox to a USB stick,
    2. Clear local and cloud saves for BFV. (This wont remove multi player data)
    3. Start the game. You'll have to adjust contrast and play again the intro.
    4. Now, play the War Story and complete the bugged challenge. It will show correctly achieved.
    5. lose the game, and restore the game save files from the USB to the console.
    6. Start the game, and you'll have your reward at the armory.
