Do you have a different keyboard you can test to see if it's hardware related?

Oh, seems like is misunderstanding. The problem exists since release so, yes even with another keyboard which i got last week the problem still exists.

    No. Not at all. It's simply "Steve". I've as well checked multiple times the language settings of Windows but there is nothing off.
