Weapon upgrades never happen on PS4 despite level 10

Hi, 

I've been wondering for a while why my weapons in BF V doesn't give me any upgrades. So I figured that I would ask here, what is going on?

I am playing at my PS4. 

For every weapon I can't seem to unlock any standard upgrades, they just seem to stay gray'd out no matter my weapon rank. All weapons are affected by this, btw!

What can I do about it, and what am I missing?

    @Hjelmdal The items in your second image are weapon skins, not upgrades. If you want to add upgrades then you should select the gun itself and then the option to apply specialisations.

    Thanks for your quick reply :-)

    I see that I was partly missing something (quite essential I see) - I now realise that the upgrades are far less than in BF 4, where barrels, magasins were applied seperately, compared to only 4 specializations on each weapon in BFV... (really miss those BF4 times with more modern warfare, btw)

    But again, I don't understand why I don't have the visuals unlocked then... most of them states "unlocks at [weapon name] Level [0-10]"

    But they are all grey'd out.....?

    @Hjelmdal It is definitely more limited than BF4 (guess it's due to it being WW2?) but you should be able to select some different scopes by selecting the weapon itself and then the option to change appearance. There should be default ones there, such as a 3x scope for rifles etc, and you can also buy different skins on this page too.
