What does these ingame icon mean?

I have been searching around the web to figure out this orange icon i get.  but its not similar to anything i can find reported anywhere.  Anyone have a suggestion as to what it may mean?       (Ora...

    @Shamadcondee This symbol does indeed tell you, that you have low FPS. You can activate the ingame FPS counter in the ingame console with the command: perfoverlay.drawfps 1

I think thats the icon for framerateloss, someone correct me if I'm wrong.

The other one you might see I also think is for packageloss.

Hi,  

I was considering that aswell, but there is no reason why i should have a framerateloss.  running a computer and gfx card many times higher that required for the game. 

Ie. RTX 3070 etc.   

i do however run the game on 144 refreshrate, and i thought maybe it had something to do with that.. So i changed it to "normal" 60.  Nothing changed. 

Btw i attached the list of regular indicators, and mine isnt on this list:
