What does these ingame icon mean?

I have been searching around the web to figure out this orange icon i get.  but its not similar to anything i can find reported anywhere.  Anyone have a suggestion as to what it may mean?       (Ora...

    @Shamadcondee This symbol does indeed tell you, that you have low FPS. You can activate the ingame FPS counter in the ingame console with the command: perfoverlay.drawfps 1
