- @igrom You can contact EA Help to ask them to check. They can also initiate the appeal process with the Terms of Service team on your behalf. The webform at this link can be used to contact them:

It may also be worth checking your account's primary email for any notification from ToS, incase it has ended up in junk.
Please note that it is not possible to appeal a ban on these forums. The only people who handle ban appeals are EA's ToS team.
