Where to report abusive game chat

There's a guy who's basically harassing every single regular player and spends the entire game in chat antagonizing people ( he ends game at 0-0 with 0 score while spending the entire time in the lobby typing ) and I was wondering where you I could report him since the in-game report function doesn't have an abusive chat option

    @InS_Hypno I just went through the options at EA Help and I was given a live chat with these steps:

    - Searched for Battlefield V and selected it.
    - Chose "See all help topics".
    - Selected "I want to report another player".
    - Live chat was an option beneath the guide which appeared.

    I've looked through the EA app reporting function and there's only options for cheating, hacking, nickname, EA ID, avatar image

    I also went on the EA help website and it ends up telling me to use the in-game reporting option which is reporting through the EA app which doesn't have an option for abusive chat.

    Would there be a way to contact support with evidence of abusive game chat?
