why banned? even though it's not cheating

why is my account banned, when i'm shooting enemies using kar from island to island. even though I just downloaded it a few days ago and in the end lost online access

    Hey @seaswan this isn't something we can solve on AHQ - you'll need to hash it out with Terms of Service. The process to contact them can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/



    Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
    Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
    Choose your platform.
    Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
    Fill out any other details below.
    For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
    Click Select contact option.
    Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension if you haven't already.

this month, first my account was hacked 
and my Apex Legend was played by the hacker
 and now my battlefield 5 account can't be online
 because it's banned and because it's playing on the community server.
