Why does it say im a trial player

When i go to play multiplayer it says im a triall player and ive reinstalled multiple times

could you help me? I have it digitally through ea pass and it says im a trial player so if you could help me i would be very happy

      Thanks for getting back to me. If you still have Battlefield V installed, delete it and start the install again, but this time do it from www.xbox.com. Let me know if that helps or not.

        Im game sharing with someone that has game pass ultimate and it says that i still need to buy it. Do i need to buy ea pass on top of already having it
