Why does it say im a trial player

When i go to play multiplayer it says im a triall player and ive reinstalled multiple times

Thanks for getting back to me. If you still have Battlefield V installed, delete it and start the install again, but this time do it from www.xbox.com. Let me know if that helps or not.

    Im game sharing with someone that has game pass ultimate and it says that i still need to buy it. Do i need to buy ea pass on top of already having it

      @Kryylo and it works for other battlefield games like bf1 is there something different about bf5

      I assume you're trying to get the game through EA Play since that comes with Xbox Gamepass. Unfortunately, since EA Play cannot be shared, Battlefield V is not able to shared as well.
