Why haven't I received the veterans rewards? BFV

hello there, I would like to know why I have not received the rewards or what were the reasons why I have not been able to acquire them, I understand that there are 8 sets of uniforms, 4 German and 4 British, please I await your answers, greetings.

    @Vaykko We can't help with account issues or missing items here. If you can't download the pack, and you've got your accounts linked, you'd need to go back to them.

    @Vaykko Those skins needed tokens to unlock. Some tokens came with particular versions of the game, and some others were from The Road to Battlefield V. I think they've available with the Deluxe Edition and the upgrade you can buy.

    @ElliotLH and that update where I buy it,
    I'm a little confused, it happens that I have the definitive edition, so I would have to buy another version of the game? And if so, where do I buy it?
    please i'm confused hehe.

    @Vaykko It might be worth checking if there's any DLC you can install from the store in that case.

    @Vaykko If that's where you bought it from, yep. I believe it'd be called 'Battlefield V Definitive Edition Content'.

    @ElliotLH it only shows me the standard edition that is from origin and the definitive edition that I already have on steam

    @ElliotLH I bought the definitive on steam but I have it synchronized with origin when I go to extra content it shows me about the B coins that I already have everything bought, that's the definitive edition.
