The problem was that I can't even open a ticket/case, it would be successfully created but then when I refresh my page it would disappear. It would also not appear in "my cases" page.

Hm, that's actually weird.🤨 Did never hear that it would block you from even creating a case for the issue.
Maybe it's possible to create another EA account to reach out for the support to be able to explain situation. Not sure tho if they can help much if you connect with them via another account.

@peterbdw Might be worth trying to reach out to EA Help through Facebook or Twitter in that case, they may be able to forward your appeal to the ToS team.
