The problem was that I can't even open a ticket/case, it would be successfully created but then when I refresh my page it would disappear. It would also not appear in "my cases" page.

@peterbdw Might be worth trying to reach out to EA Help through Facebook or Twitter in that case, they may be able to forward your appeal to the ToS team.
