It's a fun idea, but I would not imagine it's a release priority, could be a fun DLC thing or perhaps a DLC easter egg though 🙂 I don't imagine the marketing people imagine donkeys or other animals (besides perhaps dogs) to be fitting if BF5 is to be taken seriously as a WWII shooter.
Oh man, as an little Easter Egg part it could be funny tho. 😃

They are pack animals and did help drag gear around the battlefield. 🙂
Interesting idea!Mules. Mules were used to carry field guns on the mountains. The mountain troops employed them a lot, as that was the only way to transport fast the equipment and even the wounded troops.
As nice it is, but i think too many Animals in a Battlefield would make it kinda weird tho. 🤔
