Had the same issue while playing during EA access trial and since the launch of the deluxe edition. Very frustrating.

    SAME ISSUES! I played with 3 others on Grand Operations last night. No vibration for any of us. 

    - Power Cycled the Xbox-X 

    - Alternate Mac Address

    - Changed Batteries

    - Changed Controllers 

    - Confirmed Vibration setting is On

    - Works fine in Conquest, just not Grand Operations.
