I'm having the same issue! Replaced batteries, reset Xbox, checked internet, everything. Went on different games and vibration works like a dream. Only on multiplayer am I not getting vibration. Settings says it's on, but it's not.
I know we all really appreciate @EA_Blueberry acknowledging this issue and that the Devs are aware.
HOWEVER, I am really worried that it has yet to be added to the "known issues" after all this time! This tells me that it is NOT a priority right now and That is absolutely unacceptable! The fact that this bug even exists is ridiculous!
Bottom line is this is a HUGE problem that persists across both Xbox and PS4 and needs to be addressed publicly ASAP!
I guess it's time to bring this to the attention of the gaming/social media in hopes that we might actually get it fixed sooner rather than later.
