Xbox Home Button Disconnects Player from Servers

Platform:Microsoft XBOX One

Are you using any software with an overlay? No
Which part of the game is the issue happening in? Game Menu
In which game menu were you when the bug occurred? All Menus
Please select your region North America
On which server did this happen?
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm)
Summarize your bug When pressing the Xbox Button on the controller the user is disconnected from the servers. If in the main menu the lost connection screen comes up. If you press the Xbox Button when in a match to take a screenshot or game capture you are brought back to the main menu disconnected. You are also disconnected when attempting to invite someone to your squad from the social menu as this brings up the Xbox Menu to send an invite.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Press Xbox Button on controller in any part of the game; Main Menu, Social Menu invite, Multiplayer Match.
What happens when the bug occurs? You are disconnected from the servers.
What should be happening instead? You should remain connected to the servers.

    Having same issue every time. Me and 2 other buddy's as well... really annoying actually....

    @meistertoca Muting squad members and using "join game" on enemy player to switch teams also kicks you. Granted it is most likely cause by the same issue, just wanted to make sure they catch everything. Cheers!

    Same issue all 10 friends I usually play with have this as well.. complete bs. Get it together.. for a professional game development studio this shouldn't happen

    Me too but I don't need to press the Xbox home button it just disconnects at random.

    Yup happening to every single person on my friends list who plays BF5 since the update, plus it d/cs you at will, can't even finish a full game right now. Literally unplayable on xbox right now and they have said nothing lol. I feel like I am playing BF1 all over again, especially with the not signing in automatically and always starting the game offline.

    Same, its really annoying..and i cant record the savage moments that occur anymore

    @smithhrs1995  You can't, it's on BF's end, something screwed up after the patch, they know about it too. People are also being constantly disconnected from ea servers without hitting the xbox button as well. At least it's every 2 games for me now instead of every game like yesterday.
