Hey guys, how are you?
Well, I'm here to clarify a persistent doubt that people have in relation to the multiplayer mode not working in Battlefield V, to understand this read the thread, it is extensive but (maybe) it will make you understand:
For those who do not understand and think it is a mistake / bug I have two options, a "good" and a "bad" (but "maybe" nothing to stop you from playing). Basically the problem is that other players are unable to access the BFV multiplayer mode.
Since EA PLAY joined the Xbox Gamepass Ultimate (GPU), I couldn't let Battlefield V pass by, so I went to the Microsoft Store and downloaded it.
However after downloading and starting the game, he insisted that the version I use is a Trial Version and that I needed to purchase the full game if I wanted to play the multiplayer, and of course I didn't let it beside.
So I went to look for it and did practically everything that was indicated in forums, turned off and turned on the console, downloaded the game again, managed the add-ons, contacted EA support and even so, in any of the indicated methods none worked (for me, at least).
However, I understood that, when testing the secondary account that owns the GPU (such as that of a brother, friend, etc.), it is possible to connect to online mode and access the servers, concluding that:
• Accounts that are shared, that is, where one has a subscription and the other does not, "will not work", online will only work if you are logged into the main account, where the service was signed.
• However, this may be part of an error / bug, only. As Battlefield V recently arrived on the GPU (I think, but without much hope lol) they can still solve this, remembering that only if this is a bug because I saw several people who acquired the physical copy of the game people complaining about it previously.
Remembering that this happened in my case, since the other cases may be different. Anyway, if they don't solve it, the way is to wait for a correction patch or play the game with the signature on the account you use.
Maybe you can contact Microsoft support and report it but I don't think it will fix it by seeing that apparently the person responsible for this is EA.
I think that's it, I may be wrong, if it is, correct me.
