[Xbox One] Trial Player Bug with EA Play

I installed Battlefield V for free with EA play as part of Game Pass for my Xbox One S, but when I try to play the multiplayer, I am told that I am a trial player and need to upgrade the game to acce...

    @XD-DAWG11 This is something Xbox Live support would need to help with unfortunately. The trial status will need to be removed on their end.

@EA_Atic I contacted Xbox Support and I was told that my issue is with Battlefield V itself and I should contact EA support, which I’ve already done. EA support never fixed the issue after saying it was a bug and they would fix it. I’m just going back and forth at this point and it’s really frustrating.
