Hello @EloMyth,
Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue with downloading Battlefield 5 through EA Play.
Check EA Play Subscription: Ensure your EA Play subscription is active and recognized by both Xbox and Steam. Sometimes, the subscription may not sync properly.
Log Out and Back In: Log out of your EA account in the app and then log back in. This can refresh your account status.
Relink Accounts: Since you've already tried relinking, double-check that both your Xbox and Steam accounts are correctly linked in your EA account settings.
Check for Updates: Make sure both the EA app and your game platforms (Xbox and Steam) are updated to the latest version.
Clear Cache: If you're using the EA app, try clearing its cache. On PC, you can do this by closing the app and then deleting the cache files from C:\Users\[Your Username]\AppData\Local\EA Games.
Firewall/Antivirus Settings: Check your firewall or antivirus settings to ensure they’re not blocking the EA app or game downloads.
Contact EA Support: If none of the above works, it might be best to reach out to EA Support. They can help you troubleshoot the issue more specifically.
Best regards,
danisoff
