    I uninstalled the games.

    Then cleared the cache and reinstalled each game.

    This solved the issues for me.

Having the same issue after it told me there was a sims express, and I accepted to restart because of it. On windows 10 all in one pc. It was launching until that. EA needs to fix the ea app issues like this. People can't play their games with these issues. :(
